摘要
介绍了低碳钢的渗碳技术的发展,由传统的滴注式渗碳往稀土渗碳和真空渗碳发展,解决了生产周期长、效率低、产品质量不高等问题。但是稀土渗碳和真空渗碳的技术要求高,在工厂生产中不能普及,所以改进快速压力渗碳技术是目前大多数工厂提高效益的方法。
Introduce the development of the low carbon steel cementite technology. The technology has already changed from the traditional drip type carburizing to rare earth carburizing and vacuum carburizing development. Solve some problems about the long production period, the poor efficiency, low quality products. But the rare earth carburizing and vacuum earburizing need high technical requirements. In the factory the technology can' t be popularity. So improving the efficiency of the method is rapid improvement pressure carburizing technology.
