摘要
旱灾一直是影响我国范围最广的农业自然灾害,利用遥感与地理信息系统(GIS)技术能够有效、大面积、实时动态地监测旱情.对遥感与地理信息系统技术在旱情监测和预警中的应用进行综述,探讨遥感及地理信息系统技术在旱情监测中的应用前景.
Drought has always been the biggest agricultural natural disaster posing the widest threat across China. By use of remote sensing and GIS technology, effective, dynamic and vast-area monitoring of drought is made possible. An over view is made about the application of remote sensing and geographic information system in drought monitoring and early warn ing so as to examine the prospect of employing the technology of remote sensing and GIS in drought monitoring.
