摘要
公务员考核制度是国家公务员制度的重要组成部分,是人才评价的重要手段,是人事行政的重要环节,是发现人才、选拔人才的重要途径,同时又可为人事决策的科学化和改进人事制度提供依据。但在实际操作中,国家公务员的考核制度依然存在一些不足的地方。探讨进一步完善我国公务员考核制度以及对建设一支公正、高效、规范、廉洁的公务员队伍,都有积极的现实意义。
Civil service examination system is an important part of the country's civil service system, and it is an important means of talent evaluation. It is an important part of personnel administration, and it is an important way to identify and select competent people too. It also helps a lot in making scientific personnel decision and improving personnel system. But in practice, national official assessment system is not so perfect. Improving our civil service examination system has positive significance for building a fair, efficient, standardized, honest group of public servants and perfecting the system of public servants.
