摘要
研究35(W)×7类钢丝绳的结构及特点,结果显示该类钢丝绳具有实用价值的结构有限,外层绳股数越多,内层绳股也应越多。该类钢丝绳不仅不同层股具体结构不一定完全相同,而且股结构类别也不一定完全相同。最常见情况:(1)次外层小股、内层股与外层股结构相同,而次外层大股为瓦林吞结构;(2)次外层小股、次外层大股、内层股与外层股结构类别相同,均为单层钢丝股,但次外层小股组股钢丝相对较少,一般为1-5结构;(3)次外层小股与外层股结构相同,而次外层大股与内层股为瓦林吞结构。分析认为,35(W)×7类钢丝绳组绳股结构非一致性有利于提高钢丝绳柔软性、次外层小股耐磨性。
To study the structure of class 35 (W) × 7 wire rope and its characteristic, the results show that the class wire ropes have a few of practical value structure, the more the outer layer strands are, the more the inner strands should be. The class wire ropes not only have not always identical strand structure at different layer, but also the strands structure clas- ses not always identical. The most common case are : ( 1 ) the little strands in second outer layer, inner strands and outer layer strands are the same structure, but the big strands in second outer layer are warrington structure; (2) little and big strands in second outer layer, inner and out layer strands are same structure class, which are all single layer steel wire strands, but the second outer layer little strand has less steel wire respectively, which is 1 - 5 structure generally ; (3) the second outer layer little strands have as same structure as outer layer strands, while the second layer big strands and inner strands are warrington structure. It is considered by analysis that the nonuniformity of making up rope strands of class 35(W) ×7 wire rope is in favour of improving limpness of wire rope and abrasive resistance of second outer layer little strands.
