摘要
为测定钢丝锌铝合金镀层中铝含量和不确定度,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES),建立被测量w(Al)与输入量的数学模型,分析不确定度的来源,按照不确定度的合成原则计算合成标准不确定度为0.051%,以及包含因子为2的扩展不确定度为0.10%,给出所测钢丝镀层中铝的质量分数为(5.13±0.10)%。该方法不确定度小,结果可靠。
In order to determine the aluminim content in steel wire allumen coating and its uncertainty, by using inductive- ly coupled plasma atomic emission spetrometry( ICP- AES) to set up the mathematical model of measured amount w(AI) and input quantity, and analyze the resource of uncertainty. According to uncertainty composite principle to calculate com- posite standard uncertainty is 0. 051% and expanded uncertainty is 0.10% when coverage factor is 2, and give Alumin- ium's mass fraction in measured steel wire's coating: w(Al) = (5.13 ±0.10)%. The method has little uncertainty, and the resuh is reliable.
