心脑血管疾病患者对糖尿病的认知情况及其影响因素

Cognition Status and Influencing Factors of Patients with Cardiocerebrovascular Diseases on Diabetes

目的了解心脑血管疾病患者对糖尿病的认知情况,并探讨其影响因素,以期为制定相应的防治措施提供参考依据。方法按便利抽样法选取2009-2010年在广州市黄埔区中医医院就诊的520例心脑血管患者为调查对象,采用自制的调查问卷对其进行糖尿病的认知情况的调查,并分析其影响因素。结果广州市黄埔区心脑血管疾病患者对糖尿病的认知情况处于中等水平,其影响因素包括患者的年龄、受教育程度、家庭收入、医疗费用支出方式等。结论可通过加强健康教育、完善医疗制度等措施加强对心脑血管病患者合并糖尿病的防治。

Objective To comprehend the cognition status and its influencing factors in patients with cardiocerebrovascular diseases on diabetes so as to provide references for establishing the corresponding prevention and treatment.Methods From 2009 to 2010,520 patients with cardiocerebrovascular diseases were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire on their cognition status.The influencing factors were also analyzed.Results The cognition in patients with cardiocerebrovascular diseases on diabetes in Huangpu Distric of Guangzhou was at medium level,which were influenced by the factors of age,education level,family income and medical costs in patients.Conclusion The prevention and treatment of cardiocerebrovascular diseases combined with diabetes can be enhanced by strengthening health education and optimizing medical system.
