摘要
目的在聘用人员中建立后备护士长人才库,做好护理管理者的储备和培养工作,以期为军队医院护理工作的发展奠定基础。方法制定选拔条件,公开选拔,确定入库人选,实施全方面培训,择优选任护士长。结果共3批108位护士参选,入库培养37人,21人选任护士长,18人留任后得到科室的肯定。结论公开选拔、入库培训、择优录用优秀聘用护理人员,是实行护理人事制度改革的重要手段,也是解决护理人才紧缺的有效做法,值得推广。
Objective To complete the storage and development work of nursing governor for the nursing development in Military Hospital.Methods The entry conditions and public selection were established to determine the candidates,perfome a whole aspect training and choose an optimal head nurses.Results Of 108 nurses who participated in the selection in 3 batches,37 were stored for training,21 selected as head nurses and 18 confirmed after retention.Conclusion Public selection,storage training and preferential selection for nurses serves as an important means to implement nursing personnel system reform and solve nursing personnel shortage,thereby deserves further popularization.
