摘要
纳米生物技术是国际生物技术领域的前沿与热点,功能性纳米颗粒由于独特的光学性能、高的表面积及尺寸依赖性等性能,被应用在分析检测领域,具有很好的发展前景。概述了几种常见功能性纳米颗粒的特性、标记及其在分析检测领域的应用。
Nanobiotechnology is an important research topic in the field of analysis and detection.Functional nanoparticles are used widely for its unique optical properties,high surface area and size-dependent properties.Its basic characters,labeling approach and application in analysis are reviewed.
