碘代醚类化合物的合成研究

摘要 碘代化合物是有机合成化学中的一种重要的中间体。探索了碘代醚类化合物的合成方法。以己二醇为原料,经碘代、成醚,碘化合成了碘代硫醚类化合物,产率达23.5%。以己二醇单碘代中间体为原料,经保护、成醚、脱保护,碘化合成了碘代醚类化合物,产率达30.5%。本合成方法工艺简便、条件温和、原料易得。 The iodo-substitued compounds are the important intermediates in organic synthesis.The synthesis of iodo-substituted ethers were investigated.Hexanediol,as the starting material,was subjected to iodo-substitution,etherification and iodination to give iodo-substituted sulfides.The total yield was 30.5%.The mono-iodo-substitueted intermediate was subjected to protection,etherification,deprotection and iodination to give iodo-substituted ethers.The total yield was 30.5%.The starting material is very easy to be obtained,the reaction conditions are moderate and the operation is convenient.
