Synthesis of isotope-labeled D6-benzene

摘要 以D2O为原料,经与CaC2反应生成D2-乙炔,再于催化剂作用下经三聚反应生成标题化合物。以消耗的原料D2O计,标题化合物总收率>85.0%,产品经气相色谱(GC)、质谱(MS)检测,化学纯度>99.9%,同位素丰度>99.0 atom%D。 An efficient synthesis of D6-benzene was studied.Acylation of D2O with CaC2 provided D2-acetylene,which was converted to D6-benzene by polymerization in an overall yield of 85.0% based on labeled substrates consumed.The product was confirmed by mass spectrometry and 13CNMR.The purity was better than 99.9% based on GC analysis.
