摘要
设计、合成了以丙酰肼为反应基团,以二氟化硼-二吡咯甲烷(BODIPY)为荧光团的新型标记羰基的荧光试剂4,4-二氟-1,3,5,7-四甲基-二吡咯甲川-8-丙酰肼,并对其结构进行了表征。目标产物及其与甲醛衍生产物的荧光光谱表明其荧光激发波长都为495 nm,荧光发射波长为505 nm。试剂及其衍生产物的荧光量子(乙腈)产率分别为0.38、0.95。结果表明该试剂具有标记羰基化合物的潜在应用性能。
A new fluorescent labeling reagent with a hydrazine anchor,4,4-difluoro-1,3,5,7-tetramethyl-4-bora-3a,4a-diaza-s-indacene-8-propionyl hydrazide(BODIPY-propionyl hydrazide),was designed and synthesized.The structure of the reagent was confirmed by NMR and MS.The fluorescence spectroscopy of its formaldehyde derivative has the same excitation and emission wavelength at 495 nm and 505 nm with the reagent.Also,its formaldehyde derivative showed high extinction coefficient and high fluorescence quantum yields.The results showed that the reagent has promising application for labeling carbonyl compounds.
