三倍体毛白杨引种繁育试验研究

Study on Introduction and Propagation Experiment of Triploid Populus tomentosa

引进三倍体毛白杨8个无性系,通过对其生态适应性观测,证明能适应当地的气候条件,今后可推广栽植;通过育苗试验,选择出三倍体毛白杨嫁接繁育的最佳砧木、嫁接时间和嫁接方法;通过生长特性观测,掌握了三倍体毛白杨的物候期、速生性能和生长规律,提出了丰产栽培的关键管理时期。

8 clones of Triploid Populus tomentosa were introduced,and through observation of its ecological adaptability,the results showed that Triploid Populus tomentosa can adapt to local climate conditions and can be widely planted in the future;Through cultivation experiment,best grafting and breeding rootstock,grafting time and graft way of Triploid Populus tomentosa were chosen;through the observation of growth characteristics,phenophase,fast growth performance and growth law of Triploid Populus tomentosa were mastered,and key management period of the produc-tive cultivation were put forward.
