神经生长因子对脑缺血再灌注损伤作用的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨有效治疗急性期脑缺血再灌注损伤的新药物。方法采用线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉再灌注模型,将神经生长因子溶于生理盐水后分别在1小时、4小时或7小时注入大鼠股静脉中,建立模型后7天断头取脑组织做病理切片及计算梗死体积。结果神经生长因子治疗组比对照组坏死体积明显减少。结论神经生长因子对脑缺血再灌注损伤组织有明显保护作用。 Objective To explore a new drug to treat the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods We made the local cerebral ischemic reperfusion model with thread embolism of left middle cerebral artery(MCA) in male SD rats. An artificial synthetic nerve growth faetor(NGF) was dissolved in physiological saline and injected intravenuously in the model rats one hour, four hours or seven hours later. Cerebral infarction volumes were calculated according to pathological sections with computer tomography one week later. Results Nerve growth factor can effectively reduce infarction volumes in brains of male SD rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Conclusion Nerve growth factor can effectively protect brain with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
