全身麻醉与硬膜外麻醉在老年髋关节置换术中的比较 被引量：15

摘要 目的探讨全身麻醉(简称全麻)与硬膜外麻醉(简称硬麻)在老年髋关节置换术中的临床对比。方法对2009年1月至2010年10在本院行髋关节置换手术的老年患者60例采用全麻和硬麻两种麻醉方式的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果两组均能完成满意麻醉效果,两组间麻醉效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组的SBP和DBP均较麻醉前显著下降(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年髋关节置换术中应用硬麻是安全可行,可以减轻患者的病痛,给手术操作带来方便,同时也可降低全麻的肺部等并发症,实现最佳的治疗效果。
