摘要
非市场策略是影响企业绩效的重要因素。引入产业演进阶段这一全新的视角,以我国上市公司为对象,运用内容分析法和多元回归模型,考察当企业所处的产业演进阶段发生变化时,非市场策略对企业绩效作用的变化。实证研究结果表明,在产业演进的不同阶段,不同类型的非市场策略对企业绩效的影响存在差异。为提高非市场策略的效率,企业应当结合所处产业的演进阶段相机选择恰当的非市场策略工具。
Non-market strategy is an important factor which influences enterprise performance. The paper introduces industry lifecycle as a bran-new visual angle, and chooses listed companies of China as an object of study.By applying content analysis method and multiple regression models, it investigates the change of effect that non-market strategy makes on enterprise performance,while the industry lifecycle which the enterprise faces is changing. The empirical study indicates that, there are differences in effects of different types of non-market strategy on enterprise performance. To improve efficiency of non-market strategy,enterprises should make corresponding choices on non-market strategy tools combined with the industry lifecycle which it faces.
