摘要
随着高等教育大众化进程的推进,高职教育己成为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分。黑龙江省高职院校近年来发展迅速,但教师师资力量薄弱,成为制约我省高职发展和高职人才培养质量的根本性因素。以人力资源管理理论及我省高职院校教师管理调查数据为基础,对我省高职院校教师绩效管理现状与问题进行深入分析,并提出完善黑龙江省高职院校教师绩效评价体系,加强黑龙江省高职院校教师绩效沟通与反馈,完善培训机制等建议。以期推动和促进我省高职院校快速发展。
Along with the promotion,higher vocational education has become an important component of higher education system. Fast as it has been developing, faculty resource insufficiency is the root factor restricting the future development and talent quality in Heilongjiang province. Based on human resource management theory and survey data of teacher management in vocational schools in our province, this article makes an in-depth analysis on current situation of performance management and related issues in our province. It suggests a better performance assessment system, more strengthened performance communication and feedback, and a better training system,with the hope to promote and facilitate the rapid development of vocational schools in our province.
