摘要
【目的】为优化梳齿式采棉机梳齿部件结构设计并确定其关键部件的参数。【方法】在分析采摘部件结构及工作原理的基础上,建立采摘部件工作参数之间的数学模型,并利用ANSYS软件对梳齿部件进行结构分析。【结果】梳齿部件最大应力为158.57 MPa,小于材料的许用应力值。【结论】可以对在三维软件建立的物理模型的合理性进行判断,及时修正设计中的缺陷,为更好地设计其结构和材料选择提供了理论参考。
[ Objective ] The purpose of the research was to optimize structure design of stripper finger component on the cotton stripper finger and confirm its key components parameters. [ Method] On the basis of analyzing its structure and working principle, the mathematical model between working parameters of picking parts was established in this paper, and the structural analysis of the stripper finger component was carried through by using ANSYS software. [ Result] The maximum stress of stripper finger component is 158.57 MPa, which is less than the allowable stress value of the material. [ Conclusion ] We can judge the rationality on the physical model that was built on the 3 d software, and modify design defects in the earliest time. This research also carl provide a theoretical reference for better designing its structure and selecting its materials, too.
