SD大鼠血液学指标、血生化指标及脏体比正常值范围探讨

Normal Ranges for Hematology,Biochemical Indexes and Organ-body Ratios of SD Rats

目的探讨SD大鼠30 d喂养试验中的血液学指标、血生化指标及脏体比的正常值范围。方法收集10个批次雌雄各100只SD大鼠的血液学指标、血生化指标及脏体比进行统计分析。结果肝重、肾重、脾重及脾体比有明显的性别差异,除嗜碱性细胞、血糖和谷草转氨酶无明显的性别差异外,其余的血液学指标和血生化指标均存在性别差异。结论各项指标的正常值范围大致在文献报道范围内,且存在性别差异。

Objective To explore the normal ranges for hematology, biochemical indexes and organ - body ratios of SD rats. Method The data were collected from 100 female and male rats respecively in 10 experiments. Resuits There was significant gender difference in liver weight, kidney weight, spleen weight and spleen - body ratio. All the hematology and biochemical indexes were significantly different except for basophil, blood glucose and aspartate aminotransferase by gender. Conclusion The normal range of all the indexes are consistent with reported literatures, and there are significantly gender difference in most of the indexes.
