血清白蛋白与中药活性成分相互作用研究进展

Progress of study on interaction of active ingredients of TCM with serum albumin

研究中药活性成分与血清白蛋白的相互作用对考察中药成分在人体中的吸收、分布、代谢、排泄和毒性具有重要的意义。本文综述了近几年来该领域的研究成果和进展及所采用的主要技术和方法(包括紫外可见吸收光谱法、荧光光谱法、圆二色谱法、红外光谱法及分子模拟法等)在这方面的应用情况。对两者之间相互作用的机理、结合常数和作用力类型及中药活性成分在血清白蛋白上的结合位点数和结合位置进行了比较和评价。本综述共列出82篇近年来发表的有关中药活性成分与血清白蛋白作用的研究论文,指出了该研究领域中存在不足之处,并对研究趋势予以了展望。

Studies on the interaction of active ingredients of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）with serum albumin play an important role,especially of the absorption,distribution,metabolism and excretion of TCM in the human body.In this paper,the research work on the interactions between active ingredients of TCM and bovine serum,by UV-vis spectrophotometry,fluorescence spectroscopy,circular dichroism,FT-IR and molecular modeling,was reviewed.These researches involved the basic theory and experimental methods for evaluation of binding constants,binding modes,binding sites and binding mechanism.Totally 82 articles were given and the experimental results of active ingredients of TCM with serum albumin were summarized.The trends of the research field and the existing problems were discussed.
