超声强化超临界CO_2萃取樟树叶精油的研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用超声波强化超临界CO2萃取樟树叶精油,并采用正交实验对萃取工艺进行了优化。研究结果表明:当萃取压力为16MPa、温度为50℃、时间为80min、CO2流量为16kg/h、超声波功率为240W、超声波频率为20KHz时,能获得比较好的效果,精油的平均提取率可达1.92%。GC-MS的分析结果表明:樟树叶精油中樟脑+β-芳樟醇的含量最大,含量为23.99%,其次为桉油醇和α-松油醇,含量分别为15.69%和11.01%。 Essential oil of camphortree leaves extracted with ultrasonic enhancement of supercritical CO2 and the preparation technology was optimized with orthogonal experiment.The research showed that the new process could get a better result as the extraction pressure was 16 MPa,temperature was 50°C,extraction time was 80 min,CO2 flux was 16 kg/h,ultrasonic power was 240 W and ultrasonic frequency was 20KHz,the average yield of essential oil of camphortree leaves was 1.92%.The analysis of GC-MS indicated that the content of camphor andβ-linalool was the largest in the essential oil,it was 23.99%;eucalypot andα-terpinol was the second,it was 15.69%and 11.01%,respectively.
