摘要
本文以丙烯酸叔丁酯为单体,苯胺与二苯甲酮络合物为引发剂,四氢呋喃为溶剂,在紫外光照射下通过电荷转移聚合(CTP)合成了具有苯亚胺基链端的聚丙烯酸叔丁酯(PtBA),并用FT-IR、1H-NMR和GPC等对其进行了表征。同时考察了反应时间、引发剂浓度、反应温度等因素对单体转化率和聚合物分子量的影响。结果表明,聚合反应动力学曲线呈良好线性关系,表观聚合速率常数kp'为8.15×10-5 s-1;随着单体转化率的升高,聚合物分子量呈线性降低;引发剂浓度和反应温度的升高,也导致聚合物分子量逐渐降低。
In this paper,poly(tert-butyl acrylate)(PtBA)with phenylimino end group was synthesized via the charge-transfer polymerization(CTP)of tert-butyl acrylate(tBA)with aniline and benzophenone complex as an initiator and THF as solvent under ultraviolet irradiation.The resulting PtBA was characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR and GPC.The effect of reaction time,initiator concentration and reaction temperature on monomer conversion and polymer molecular weight was investigated.The results showed that the kinetic curve of the polymerization shows good linear relationship and the apparent polymerization rate constant kp′ is 8.15×10-5 s-1;with the increased monomer conversion,the molecular weight of PtBA decreased linearly;initiator concentration and reaction temperature also led to the molecular weight decreased.
