摘要 以微波辐射辅助的方法合成5,12-二氢-5,7,12,14-四氮杂并五苯,实验证明微波辐射能促进2,3-二羟基吩嗪和邻苯二胺反应。经正交试验分析,确定微波辐射反应最佳条件如下:2,3-二羟基吩嗪和邻苯二胺摩尔比为1∶6;反应时间为150s;2,3-二羟基吩嗪与乙酸量之比为1∶1(mol/mL)。经1H NMR、MS、熔点测定,确定目标产物。 5,12-dihydro-5,7,12,14-azapentacene was synthesized by the microwave radiation method,it was found that microwave radiation can facilitate the reaction of 2,3-dihydroxyphenazine and o-phenylenediamine.According to the orthogonal experiment,the optimum conditions of reaction with microwave radiation were as follows:the mole ratio of 2,3-dihydroxyphenazine and o-phenylenediamine was 1∶6,the reaction time is 150s,the ratio of 2,3-dihydroxyphenazine and acetic acid was 1∶1(mol/mL).The target compound was characterized by 1H NMR、MS and melting point.
