摘要
为了解决三氧化铬传统生产中存在的问题,进行了以重铬酸钠为原料,在自制电解槽中电催化合成三氧化铬绿色新技术研究。实验表明可用槽电压随反应时间的变化来定量表征三氧化铬电催化合成反应进程,建立了槽电压变化的数学模型及其变化速率方程,所建模型很好地表征了三氧化铬电催化合成进程,并讨论了槽电压的影响因素。
To solve the problems existing in the traditional production technique of chromium trioxide,a new green technology of producing chromium trioxide from sodium dichromate with an electro-catalysis synthesis method was studied in a self-made electrolytic bath.Experiments showed that the electro-catalysis synthesis process of chromium trioxide might be characterized by the variation of cell voltage with reaction time.The math models of the variation of cell voltage and the change rate equations of which were established,and satisfactorily characterized the electro-catalysis synthesis process of chromium trioxide.The factors influencing the electrolyzer cell voltage were discussed.
