对甲苯磺酰氯催化的meso-四芳基卟啉的合成 被引量:2

摘要 报道了一种改进了的meso-四芳基卟啉合成方法。利用对甲苯磺酰氯催化吡咯和芳香醛缩合生成中间物卟啉原,卟啉原中间物在紫外光照射下被空气氧化生成四芳基卟啉。该方法所用催化剂价廉易得,氧化过程绿色。整体反应条件简单,易于操作,产率高。 An efficient and economical synthesis of meso-tetraarylporphyrins was accomplished through p-CH3C6H4SO2Cl(TsCl)catalyzed condensation of pyrrole and aryl aldehydes,and subsequent oxidation by air under ultraviolet(UV)irradiation.The advantages of this method included the use of inexpensive and easily available catalyst,avoidance of heavy consumption of dichloromethane,innocuous oxidant,and good yield.
