氢化物发生-原子荧光光度法测定鱼体内的砷和汞 被引量:3

摘要 采用硝酸-高氯酸湿式消解法消解样品,利用AFS-230E原子荧光光度计测定了赣州市赣江交汇处鱼体内砷和汞的含量,选择了最佳实验条件。结果表明,所得砷和汞的检出限分别为0.020、0.008μg/L,测定砷、汞标准溶液各6次,所得砷、汞标准溶液的平均值分别为0.099、0.103μg/mL,相对标准偏差RSD分别为2.64%、4.31%,加标回收率分别为95.9%~101.8%、97.1%~104.0%。该法具有进样体积小,线性范围宽,灵敏度高,干扰少,测样简便快速等优点。 The samples were first digested with method of HNO3- HC104 wet oxidation, and then the AFS - 230 E hydride - atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) was used for determination of As and Hg in fish living in the place where Zhang river and Gong river meet. Under the optimum conditions, the reagent blank' detection limit of As and Hg were 0. 020, 0. 008μg/L, the standard solution ' average results were 0.099, 0. 103 μg/mL by six continuous determinations , RSD were 2. 64%, 4. 31%, recovery were respectively 95.9% - 101.8%, 97. 1% - 104.0%. This method has advantages of small volume incoming sample, high sensitivity, less disturbance, simple and rapid etc.
