介绍了某型钢生产线的工艺设备改造,使之成为具备生产HRB500高强钢筋、弹簧扁钢、圆钢能力的复合生产线。通过VN微合金化和调整控轧控冷的生产工艺,在V含量仅为0.02%情况下,就成功生产出高质量的HRB500热轧高强钢筋,能够有效的降低成本。

This article describes the transformation of production line on a steel reinforced company, turning it into combined production line, which is capable of producing high strength reinforced HRB500, spring fiat steel and round steel. In the condition of the content of V element is only 0.02%, we successfully produce high strength steel HRB500 by microalloying and TMCP, and the cost is effectively reduced.
