通过对HR-1低倍检验试验方法的深入研究,找到了腐蚀试剂、腐蚀时间、腐蚀温度对该钢酸浸腐蚀的规律,选择最佳的酸浸腐蚀方案,把试样的组织特征和缺陷清晰、正确显示出来,以保证检测结果的真实性及准确性。

Through deep research of the test method for macrostructure of HR-1 steel, this paper found the law about the etching effect of etching agent, etching time and etching temperature on this steel, proposed the optimum etching plan by which structure characters and defects of the sample could be indicated clearly and properly so as to guarantee truthfulness and accuracy of the testing results.
