对海绵钛为原料的钛生产过程的危险因素,根据所在工序、工作环境、使用设备有针对性的作一个简单辨识,及其所采用的安全措施做一简单介绍。重点阐述电极熔炼所使用的真空自耗炉的爆炸危险因素及其应对措施。

From the viewpoints of production process, working environment and used equipments, the risk factors during the production of titanium product by using sponge titanium as raw material were analyzed, and the corresponding counter-measures were described. Among which, the risk factors for explosion and its counter-measures in electrode melting by VAR were primarily expounded.
