青海省民营企业自主创新的法制保障研究

Legal Protection of Innovation of Private Enterprises in Qinghai Province

近年来,随着经济的发展,青海省民营企业自主创新的能力不断增强,但由于相关法制不健全,致使民营企业的自主创新行为很难受到法制保障。本研究立足省情,探讨青海省民营企业自主创新中存在的主要问题,并提出相关法制保障措施,为政府部门提供相应对策建议。

In recent years,with economic development,private en terprises in Qinghai Province are growing in capacity of independent innovation,but due to the current lack of private enterprises with the characteristics o f Qinghai in the field of independent innovation,the results of research topic s,so that acts of private enterprises for independent innovation is difficult to be legal guarantee.This paper,based on the situation in the province to e xplore the innovation of private enterprises in Qinghai Province,the main prob lems and make relevant legal safeguards for government departments to provide ap propriate countermeasures.
