唐代中原与西域的文化交流频繁,西域的很多商队、僧人、使者等来到中原,其中有些人在长安开设酒肆,酒肆中有许多歌舞侍酒的城外女子为中原文化注入了一股新鲜的空气。胡姬酒肆从一个侧面反映了西域文化与中原文化之间的交流。

Tang dynasty was a prosperous time.Central Plains culture and Western Regions culture had a frequent communications.Many travellin g merchants,Buddhist monks and emissaries in Western Regions come to Central Plains.They took some fresh things to Central Regions.Huji bars reflected the communications of Central Plains culture and Western Regions culture.Many sch olars come to Huji bars.Someone drunk and elated,others wrote poems and essaies.It was become an attracting scenery.This paper will study Huji bars in Tang dynasty so that to comprehend communications of Central Plains culture and Western Regions culture.
