复方苦参搽剂联合氯雷他定糖浆治疗小儿湿疹

Effect of matrine liniment combined with loratadine syrup in treatment for children with eczema

目的:观察复方苦参搽剂联合氯雷他定糖浆治疗小儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将126例湿疹患儿随机分为A、B、C三组。A组34例,单用复方苦参搽剂治疗;B组32例,单用氯雷他定糖浆治疗;C组60例,给予复方苦参搽剂联合氯雷他定糖浆治疗。结果:A、B、C三组总有效率分别为52.9%、71.9%、91.7%,C组与A、B组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参搽剂联合氯雷他定糖浆治疗小儿湿疹疗效好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the effect of matrine liniment combined with loratadine syrup in the treatment for children with eczema. Methods： A total of 126 children with eczema were randomly divided into A,B and C groups in which C group（60 patients） were received matrine liniment combined with loratadine syrup and A group （34 patients） were received only matrine liniment and B group （32 patients） were received only loratadine syrup. Results： Total effectiveness rate of A,B and C groups was respectively 52.9%,71.9% and 91.7% in which there were significant difference between C group and A group,B group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of matrine liniment combined with loratadine syrup in the treatment for children with eczema was excellent, which was worthy of clinical application.
