摘要
在成败相伴的企业信息化建设中,如何使信息系统被企业有效采纳,已成为信息采纳领域备受关注的研究课题,国内外已对企业信息采纳的研究取得了一定进展。在查阅大量的国内外文献的基础上,发现目前企业信息采纳的研究主要集中在企业信息采纳的内涵、影响因素及过程、用户及员工技术接受与信息采纳行为3个方面,分别对3个方面研究的贡献和局限进行了评述,指出未来的研究方向,以期为企业信息采纳的研究提供新思路,帮助企业更有效地进行信息采纳,提高企业绩效。
In the process of the informationization of enterprises,how to make information adoption system be accepted by enterprises has been an important research project in the field of information adoption.Progress has been achieved in the field of information adoption both at home and abroad.On the basis of domestic and overseas literature review,it is found out that the information adoption of enterprises focuses on connotation,influencing factors and process,and the technological acceptance and information adoption behavior of users and employees.The paper then makes comments on the contribution and limitation of the above three aspects and points out the future research orientation,hoping that it may provide the new idea for the research and help adopt information in an effective way.
