摘要
表小檗碱(epiberberine,EB)是从湖北产黄连(Coptis chinensis Franch)中提取的一种生物碱,属苯喹嗪类原小檗碱,对其药理作用的研究资料甚少,未见其对α肾上腺素体作用的报道。资料表明,许多原小檗碱类化合物有α受体阻滞作用。
In rat vas deferens and canine saphenous vein, epiberberine (EB) parallelly shifed the dose-response curves of Clo and BHT-920 to the right without changing the maximal effect. The pA_2 values of EB were found to be 6.5 and6.8 respectively. EB was shown to competitively antagonize the contractile response of isolated rabbit aortic strips and canine saphenous vein strips to Meth with pA_2 values of 5.8 and 6.4 respectively. EB given intrayenously to anesthetized rats was shown to decrease blood pressure temporarily and accelerate heart rate gradually, The heart rate was increased persistently and constantly in spite of blood pressure restoration. The results suggest that EB possesses poor α-blocking action.
