学籍档案是学生在校期间学习状况的原始记录,也是办理移民和留学的重要材料。由于学籍档案的历史性,使其在为移民、留学提供服务的过程中往往会出现档案信息的滞后性与档案利用服务与时俱进性相矛盾。因此,在移民、留学服务中,档案部门应坚持档案的利用与开发相结合的原则,提倡人性化服务,保障档案服务利用的高质量和高效率。

Status archives management is the original record of students learning course, and important materials for emigration and study abroad. It is contradiction of lag and advance of status archives information in service of emigration and study abroad. Archival department should insist the principle of using and developing archives, advocate humanization service, ensure best quality and high efficiency of using archives.
