摘要
企业不仅是社会财富的创造者,也是消耗资源、污染环境的责任单位。长期以来,企业应当承担什么样的社会责任一直是理论界和实践中关注的热点问题。传统企业社会责任理论以古典经济学的"经济人"假设为基础,认为企业存在的目的就是追求自身利润最大化,实现股东价值最大化。然而,随着社会的发展进步和消费者意识的提高,在高度全球化的世界经济体系中,越来越多的人意识到企业承担社会责任的重要性。本文通过实证研究,对企业社会责任及其成长性之间的关系进行了粗浅的探讨。
Enterprises are not only the creators of social wealth, but also the responsibility of units who waste resources and harm the environment directly and indirectly. There are so many views in theorists and in practice on how enterprises should taking corporate social responsibility. The traditional theory of corporate social responsibility is based on the hypothesis, " Economic Man", which come from the classic economic theory. This theory sustains that the enterprises' purpose are chasing the profit maximization, and then maximize the stakeholders' value. However, along with the development of society and the improvement of awareness of consumers, during the highly globalization of the world economic system, more and more people aware that the important of enterprises taking social responsibility. This article slightly discussed the relationship of corporate social responsibility and corporate growth. which based on the emnirical research.
