Research on the Way of Severing Local Social Development by Local Universities' Technology Transfer Center

我国地方高校数量多,分布范围广,发展潜力大,地方高校技术转移中心对当地社会经济发展起着非常重要的作用,同时也受多方面因素的影响,只有创新服务当地社会经济发展的方式,贯彻技术转移的创新理念,构筑高效的产学研联盟,构建产学研合作的有效模式和长效机制,构建创新研发平台、科技成果转化平台、公共服务平台等,这样才能更好地促进地方高校技术转移中心的建设和工作的开展,为地方经济建设和社会发展做出更大的贡献。

Local universities of our country has characteristic of great numbers,wide distribution and vast developing potential.Local universities＇ technology transfer center plays a very important role in local social economic development and is under the influence of multiple factors.Only bringing forth creative ideas to severs the local social development,carrying out innovative theory of technology transfer;making efficient university-industry cooperation alliance;establishing a long-term mechanism and effective model;constructing platform of creative research and development,transforming sci-tech achievements and public service and etc;can we better promote the construction of universities＇ technology transfer center and make greater contribution to local social development and economic construction.
