摘要
1930年常州大成纺织染有限公司由民族企业家刘国钧创办,时值1929-1933年世界经济危机,而大成纺织染有限公司在不到8年的时间内,发展迅速,创造了近代中国企业史的奇迹。大成奇迹的出现与刘国钧重视企业人力资源管理是分不开的。刘国钧人力资源管理思想体现了传统与现代的结合,刘国钧甄选人才、培养人才、发展职工福利、积极发挥职工的主体性和积极性,使企业化危为机。
LIU Guo-jun,an entrepreneur,established Dacheng Spinning Weaving Dyeing Co.Ltd.in 1930.During the Great Depression in 1929-1933,many national entrepreneurs went bankrupt.While Dacheng developed rapidly in less than eight years and created a miracle in modern business history.The reason was that LIU Guojun paid attention to human resource management,whose thought embodies the combination of tradition and modern culture.He turned crises into opportunities by selecting talents,training personnel,developing employees benefits,exerting workers' subjectivity and initiative.
