文化视角下的佛教圣地旅游语篇英译策略——五台山旅游景区汉英翻译个案研究

Translation Strategy of Tourism Discourse under the Perspective of Culture——Case Analysis on Translation of Mt.Wutai Buddhism Tourism Spots

文化专有项是旅游语篇中的一大特点,以佛教文化盛名的旅游景点更是因其独特的地域文化和宗教文化为旅游景区的对外宣传带来许多翻译困难,文章在文化视角照观下,结合王东风的"文化缺省理论"和纽马克的"文本功能论",通过对佛教圣地五台山旅游景区宣传手册的翻译文本进行研究,分析了以佛教文化为特色的旅游语篇中存在的翻译问题,同时提出了相应的翻译策略。

Tourism discourse is featured with culture-specific items,which pose difficulties in translation.And this situation becomes even more severe in discourse with distinct cultural and religious characteristics.This paper,under cultural perspective,intends to make a study of translation of scenic spots in Wutai Mountain with a purpose of locating problems existing in the translation of buddhism discourse and put forward translational strategies.
