民国时期济南同业公会与工商业发展

Jinan Board of Trade and Business Development During the Period of the Republic

同业公会为济南市工商界相同行业的工商户所组成的团体组织,它是随着各行业工商业户的增加逐步建立起来的。北洋军阀统治时期,济南商埠建立了转运、钱业、棉业、车业、运输、木业等同业公会。到1945年,济南市共建立同业公会92个。济南同业公会与旧式行会有着千丝万缕的联系,它在维护业规、调解劳资纠纷、同业调查、促进同业生产与经营的发展等方面发挥了很大的作用,同时在抵制外货、维护国货方面的作用也不容忽视。总之,民国时期济南同业公会这股民间力量,将济南各同业工商业户结合成一个统一的整体,对济南的工商业发展做出了巨大的贡献。

Trade associations in Jinan City are organizations which composed owners of the same industry and business.It was gradually established with the increasing number of owners of industry and commerce.During the Northern Warlord period,trade associations has been established in transshipment,fiance,cotton industry,motor industry,transportation,wood industry and so on.By1945,the number of trade associations in Jinan had come to 92.Trade associations of Jinan has a close tie with the old guild system,however,it has played an important role in defending guild regulations,mediating dispute between labor and capital,industry survey,and promoting the production and management.Also their effect on boycott foreign goods and advocation of domestic goods can not be ignored.In a word,during the Republic of China era,Trade associations of Jinan which have incorporated commercial and industrial units of Jinan into a unified whole,made a great contribution to the development of industry and commerce of Jinan.
