城市小规模民办幼儿园的现状及对策——以保定市南市区J园为例

The Analysis and Solution of Urban Small-Scale Private Kindergarten

在市场经济的背景下,近几年民办幼儿园发展速度非常快,规模逐渐壮大,但面向城市弱势群体的小规模民办幼儿园却容易被忽视,许多非正式的小规模民办幼儿园存在园所设备落后、师资力量薄弱、管理欠缺等问题,制约着小规模民办幼儿园的发展,从长远角度看不利于学前教育的整体发展。笔者对保定市南市区的小规模民办幼儿园进行了调查研究,并在此基础上对问题进行深入分析,提出针对于小规模民办幼儿园问题的解决对策,旨在促进城市小规模民办幼儿园健康快速发展。

Under the market economy condition,these years the private kindergarten developed very fast,gradually expand the scale,but the small-scale private kindergartens which faced to the urban vulenrable groups are neglected.There are some problems in the unofficial private kindergartens,for example,the kindergarten＇s equipments are not advanced,and the faculty is weak,also lack of management,all of which are badly constrained the development of the small-scale private kindgarten,as well as the whole pre-school education.The Author Entered into some small-scale private kindergartens in the city of baoding,start the research on urban small-scale private kindgartens,at the same time,proposed some solution in order to help the private kindergarten to development rapidly.
