摘要
炼油厂回收的重污油含水量较高,通常在10%~80%(体积分数),重污油回炼难度较大。文中通过对污油脱水剂的应用、离心分离技术、超声波技术等重污油脱水技术方案的对比分析,认为超声波技术作为重污油脱水处理技术,在未来重污油脱水处理工艺中将有较大的应用价值。
The recovery of the heavy slop oil is quite difficult as its content of water is as high as 10%~80%.This paper made comparative analysis to slop oil dehydration technologies including dehydrant application,centrifugal separation technology and ultrasonic dehydration technology,and concluded that the ultrasonic dehydration technology as the dehydration technology of heavy slop oil will have great application value in the heavy slop oil dehydration process in the future.
