摘要
机械密封在石油化工行业中占有重要地位,正确合理地选用机械密封,可确保机泵安全、稳定、长效地工作,确保生产的正常运行。而机械密封的冲洗系统是改善机械密封运行环境,延长机械密封使用寿命,保证机械密封质量的关键设施。文中通过对泵用机械密封和冲洗系统的分析,为其在原油输送离心泵中的应用提出了合理的技术方案。
Mechanical seal is very important in petrochemical industry.Right selection of mechanical seal can guarantee stable and long-term running of pump so that normal running of production can be guaranteed.Flushing system of mechanical seal is the key part to improve operating environment,prolong service life and guarantee seal quality.The analysis of mechanical seal and its flushing system is given to provide technical basis for their application in centrifugal pump used for crude oil transfer.
