摘要
大学英语分层教学是贯彻"分类指导、因材施教"的原则,实施素质教育的有效途径。然而,近年来各地高校在实施过程中也暴露出了种种问题。针对大学英语分层教学存在的问题,笔者提出了"综合考察、隐性分层、异质编组,弹性目标、分层递进、保底不封顶,多元评价、激励导向、人文关怀"等优化策略。
The stratified teaching model for college English has been proved to be an effective way to carry out quality-oriented education under the principle of providing different guidance for different groups of students and instructing them in accordance with their aptitude.However,problems also arise in the course of the implementation of this teaching model,which needs further improvement and optimization.Some effective countermeasures against these problems are put forward in the present paper.
