摘要
人力资源是企业发展的"第一资源",县级供电企业资源少,发展空间小,要想引来人才、留住人才面临很大挑战。对企业内部员工进行有针对性的分层分类的全员培训,多渠道发掘员工潜力,提升员工综合素质,是企业获得高素质人力资源的有效途径,是推进"一强三优"现代公司建设的重要保障。
Human resource is ″the first resource″ in development of enterprises.It is such a big challenge for country-level power supply enterprises to attract and retain the talented person due to less resource and small space for development.To train all internal stuff of enterprises in targeted levels and groups,to discover potential power and improve overall quality of each person are effective ways to pick up human resources of high qualities from enterprises,also are important insurances to build the modern enterprise of ″One Strong and Three Excellences″.
