儿童病毒性脑炎患者外周血中γδT细胞检测的临床意义

摘要 目的探讨儿童病毒性脑炎(VE)患者外周血中γδT细胞的表达及其临床意义。方法应用流式细胞仪对32例儿童VE患者和23例健康儿童外周血中γδT细胞的表达以及Th/Ts比值进行检测;同时分析VE患者治疗前后的细胞表达情况。结果 VE患者γδT细胞为13.31%±4.61%,显著高于健康对照组7.47%±2.78%(P<0.01);而Th/Ts比值为0.99±0.34,显著低于健康对照组(1.34±0.28,P<0.05)。VE患者治疗后γδT细胞为8.32%±3.06%,较治疗前为13.31%±4.61%明显降低,差异有统计学意义(t=-9.352,P<0.01)。结论 VE患者外周血γδT细胞表达变化与病情密切相关,γδT细胞检测可作为VE治疗的一项免疫监测指标。 Objective To detect the expression and explore the clinical significance of γδT cells in peripheral blood of viral encephalitis(VE)children.Methods γδT cells and Th/Ts ratio were detected by flow cytometry in 32 children patients with VE and 23 healthy children.Results The detected γδT cells [(13.31±4.61)% vs(7.47±2.78)%,P〈0.01] in VE patients was significantly higher than that in healthy control group,while the Th/Ts ratio [(0.99±0.34)vs(1.34±0.28),P〈0.05] was significantly lower than the healthy control group.After treatment,the γδT cells [(8.32±3.06)% vs(13.31±4.61)%,(t=-9.352,P〈0.01)] decreased significantly compared with the amount before treatment.Conclusion Aberrant expression of γδT cells is highly relevant to VE patients,therefore γδT cells can be used as an immune monitoring indicator for VE treatment.
