摘要
结合雅克拉集气处理站凝析油外输泵通过低频率超(额定)流量节能外输的实例,分析如何提高输油系统运行效率实现节能降耗,特别是通过变频器如何实现输油系统节能最大化,并提出变频超流量外输节能技术的新理论。现场试验表明,该技术能够有效降低能耗,解决泵结盐等问题。
Based on the fact that in Yakela gas gathering station condensate oil pump transports oil outwards by means of low frequency,extra flow rate,energy saving technique,this article analyzes and researches how to raise operating efficiency of the fuel transfer system in order to realize energy saving and lowering consumption,in particular investigates the way how the maximization of energy saving of fuel transfer system can be achieved.Besides,the paper proposes the new concept of variable frequency,extra flow rate,energy saving transporting technology.Field tests show that this technology is able to decrease energy consumption effectively,solve the problem of salt Coagulation in pump,provide an effective technology of energy saving and lowering consumption for oil field,and has a broad perspective in application.
