摘要
分析传统能源消费组合预测模型的赋权方式,针对存在的缺陷,利用IOWA算子,优化能源消费组合预测模型,并通过实证验证了该模型的有效性。
This paper analyzes the traditional combination forecasting model of energy consumption.Focusing on its shortcoming in determining weights,an optimized combination forecasting model is proposed by using IOWA（Induced Ordered Weighted Averaging） operator.Finally,a numerical example shows that the optimized model is effective and feasible.
