摘要
根据工程项目建设程序及工程造价编制特点,把工程造价编制服务质量评价体系分为3个一级指标和13个二级指标。同时运用熵权法和AHP来计算指标的权重,充分挖掘原始数据本身蕴含的信息,使结果更为客观,在此基础上进行多层次模糊评价。
The preparation of project cost service quality evaluation system can be divided into three level indicators and 13 secondary indicators. The index weights is calculated by use of the entropy method and AHP, which can exploit the information contained in the original data itself and make the results more objective. Then the multi-level fuzzy evaluation is done. Finally, the paper shows how the method is used.
