摘要
介绍了UOP重整催化剂再生技术中氯吸附系统及其原理,与碱洗放空气再生技术进行注氯量的对比,对再生烧焦放空气检测氯化氢,满足排放要求,根据再生前后催化剂的理化性质,对氯吸附系统进行性能评价,完全达到UOP的性能保证。就氯吸附系统的伴热及控制温度,比较了吸氯效果,并对吸氯系统的腐蚀问题进行针对性的防护。
Chlorsorb system and theory were introduced for Chlorsorb regeneration technique of UOP company in the thesis. It is compared that injection chloride rate with base washing regeneration. Detected, Regeneration burning vent is approximately satisfied demand of ambient air quality standard. According to physical and chemical quality before and after catalyst regeneration, chlorsorb system capacity was estimated, completely attain to UOP performance guarantee, in respect of heat tracing and control temperature for Chlorsorb system, adsorption chloride results was compared. Corrosion problems of Chlorsorb system was resolved by heat tracing.
