摘要
简要介绍了合成氨装置液氮洗工艺原理,分析了液氮洗冷量外损和尾气排放的原因和现状,提出了液氮洗向甲醇洗送液氮和增加尾气压缩机回收尾气的措施,实现了冷量和尾气的合理利用。
This paper briefly describes the process principle of liquid nitrogen washing unit in ammonia synthesis plant and analyzes the reasons and present situations of loss of refrigetation capacity of liquid nitrogen washing and fail gas discharge. It also suggest to send liquid nitrogen from liquid nitrogen washing unit to rectisol unit and increase the number of fail gas compressor to recover tail gas. Thereby the rationally utilization of refrigeration capacity and tail gas will be achieved.
